I would say that shows that your leadership capabilities are innate rather than influenced by external situations. You have mentioned that belief is your number one strength, which means you are deeply rooted in core values, high ethics, and responsibility in both yourself and others. I agree with you that belief means that your core values are what gives life meaning, and all that you do must be meaningful. In addition, Kachel et al. (2021) note that belief is a character strength that shows a firm foundation in an individual’s core values, which guide all their actions.
